Description

Come and enjoy an evening with some of Victoria’s finest songwriters and discover how these artists create their songs.

Multi Award winner Harry Jon Nanos ( Crakajak ) will share some of his secrets with you, about what it takes and what goes on inside a songwriter’s mind when working on songs.; the inspiration, the musical ideas, the mind-set, 

Harry will present songs from his new solo album “Bring on the Horizon”

Sandie Himbury-Dodd ( ex vocalist with popular Band Ruckus ) and Penelope and Rebecca Somerville will talk about & perform their own original songs.

The second part of the show will feature Crakajak, who will perform their own brand of Acoustic Country/Roots music.  The band will perform lots of your favourite songs and invite Sandie, Penelope, and Rebecca on stage to turn the evening into a Great Big Party!

Since its formation in 1996; Crakajak has delivered some of the most exciting and powerful Country music shows in Australia and won many awards. Crakajak is committed to delivering a unique taste of contemporary country music and live music fans will be captivated by Crakajak’s energy, charm and musicianship.

Crakajak features: Harry Jon Nanos (Lead Vocals, Guitar, & Songwriter), Tony Arena (Lead Guitar), Chris Barton (Drums, Percussion), Mark Kotynia (6 string Bass Guitar), and Nathan Warrick (acoustic and electric guitars).
